  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been processed.

  • As many of our items are handmade or bespoke, minor variations in colour, finish, or dimension may occur.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is required in full (or as agreed) before delivery.
  • For bespoke or made-to-order items, a deposit or full payment may be required upfront.

Shipping & Delivery

  • In-stock indoor items are typically available for next-day UK delivery.
  • Made-to-order pieces have lead times ranging from 2–8 weeks, depending on specifications.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to external factors.
  • Our team will be in touch to coordinate delivery, and all deliveries include white glove service.

6. 

Returns & Refunds

  • In-stock items can be returned within 14 days for a refund or store credit (see full Refund & Returns Policy).
  • Made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
  • Returns must be authorised by our team and returned in original condition and packaging.
  • For peak periods (e.g. Christmas), an extended return window applies.
