Refund & Returns Policy



We want every Hampton Row experience to exceed expectations — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.





In-Stock Items – 14 Day Returns



For our in-stock indoor collections available for next-day delivery:


  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • To arrange a return, contact our team at enquiries@hamptonrow.store or call 0161 399 4029.
  • We can arrange collection for you at a fixed cost, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.






Made to Order & Bespoke Items



Made-to-order and custom items are created specifically for you and are non-refundable, unless:


  • The item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a confirmed manufacturing defect.



If this occurs, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue.





Peak Season Returns



Orders placed during the Christmas and New Year period (1st December – 5th January) benefit from an extended return window of 28 days for eligible in-stock items.





Store Credit



Prefer to take your time choosing something new?

We offer store credit instead of a refund on eligible returns, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.





Refund Processing



Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
